Esther Mor, presidenta de World WIZO asistirá mañana a la histórica ceremonia de firma del acuerdo de paz entre Israel y los Emiratos Árabes Unidos y Bahrein en la Casa Blanca en Washington DC.
Mor fue invitada por la administración de Estados Unidos como líder de una de las organizaciones sionistas más grandes del mundo. También, en virtud de la representación de WIZO en la ONU, como organización asesora de la organización internacional ECOSOC.
Es la organización que reúne a personas y temas para promover la acción colectiva. por un mundo sostenible.
Durante su misión a los EE. UU., Esther Mor, la presidenta de World WIZO, se reunirá con representantes de la comunidad judía de América del Norte. Lo hará para discutir la situación social en Israel a la luz de la crisis de Corona y las formas de promover a las mujeres y los niños en riesgo.

La firma del acuerdo tendrá lugar este martes. Será cuando se firme también el histórico acuerdo de normalización anunciado el mes pasado entre Israel y Emiratos Árabes Unidos.
A través de un comunicado, Netanyahu hizo referencia al nuevo acuerdo. «Esto se suma al histórico acuerdo de paz con los Emiratos Árabes Unidos. Nos llevó 26 años pasar del segundo al tercer acuerdo de paz con un Estado árabe. Y en 29 días pasamos del tercero al cuarto. Y va a haber más”, expresó el primer mandatario israelí.
El embajador de Israel ante la ONU, Gilad Erdan, habló durante el fin de semana con su par bahreiní, Jamal Al Rowaiei, y le hizo llegar su saludo. «La expansión del círculo de paz podría traer también un cambio en las reglas del juego en el ámbito de la ONU», sostuvo Erdan.
La medida tuvo lugar después de que la delegación con representantes de Israel y Estados Unidos viajara a los Emiratos Árabes Unidos.
Desde allí, el principal asesor y yerno del presidente Trump, Jared Kushner, se dirigió a Bahrein. En ese país se reunió con el rey para alcanzar un entendimiento que permitiera la ceremonia de triple firma que se celebrará en el jardín sur de la Casa Blanca.
