Receta judía para Shabat: Cómo preparar pepinos agridulces

Hoy en la receta de comida judía del día te mostramos el procedimiento y los ingredientes para preparar pepinos agridulces

Ingredientes

  • 1 kilogramo de pepinos chicos o bien grande cortado en mitad
  • 1½ taza de vinagre blanco
  • 2 tazas de agua
  • 1 cucharadita de granos de pimienta negra
  • 1 cucharada de sal gruesa
  • 2 cucharadas de azúcar
  • 2 a 3 hojas de laurel
  • 3 a 4 diente de ajo
  • granos de mostaza gusto

Procedimiento de la Receta judía del día y como preparar pepinos agridulces

  • Si utilizas pepinos pequeños cortar en ambos lados , si usas pepinos grandes los cortas en ambos lados y por la mitad
  • Poner todos los ingredientes en una cacerola (agua, vinagre, sal, azúcar, el laurel, el diente de ajo apenas machacado con la mano y los granos de pimienta)
  • Cuando rompa el hervor, echar los pepinos dentro, y apagas la llama, le agregas los granos de mostaza si te gusta.
  • Dejamos entibiar el líquido acomodamos los pepinos en el frasco, y el liquido, lo tapamos y lo guardamos en la heladera hasta el momento de servir, los pepinos los conservamos siempre en la heladera no hay que dejarlo fuera de ella,
  • El ideal es dejarlo 48 hs en la heladera y ahi se disfrutan.
