Rabino Sacca- oración ante el coronavirus

Los Rabinos y Maestros de la Comunidad Sefardí de Buenos Aires (ACISBA) y de la Organización Judía Mundial para la Juventud Menora, nos dirigimos a la sociedad para transmitirle nuestro apoyo y solidaridad en estos momentos de perturbación a causa del virus que afecta a la humanidad entera.

Exhortamos a todos a cumplir las normas sanitarias con la mayor de la rigurosidad y las que que emanan del gobierno. Fortalecer la fe en Dios por medio del rezo y el estudio de la Torá, y no caer en estados de pánico.

Hemos dispuesto como lo indica nuestra Torá (Tratado de berajot 5 y tratado de taanit), una convocatoria a rezar y reflexionar para purificar nuestros corazones y confiar en Dios, que nos cuida y protege de toda contingencia. Como está escrito: “aunque transitare en los caminos de las tinieblas, no me acontecerá el mal, porque Dios está conmigo¨
Tehilim ( Salmos ) 23 – 4.

Por ello convocamos en coordinación con los Grandes Rabinos de Israel y el resto del mundo a toda la comunidad, que desde sus casas, elevemos tefilot y plegarias. Mujeres, varones y especialmente los niños, que sus voces puras llegan al cielo. Lo haremos todos, desde nuestros hogares, el día miércoles 25 de marzo a las 10.00 am, víspera de Rosh Jódesh (comienzo del mes) Nisán, que es el mes de la Salvación según la tradición hebrea.
Recitaremos los Tehilim (Salmos) 20, 121 y 130 en hebreo- el que sabe -y en español, quien no entiende el hebreo.

Luego realizaremos la siguiente oración:
Ashem, Dios de bondad y misericordia, pon atención a nuestra ansiedad en estos momentos de aflicción, a todos los seres humanos que estamos bajo la incertidumbre de una enfermedad que nos amenaza.
Escucha nuestro corazón, apiádate de todos nosotros, de nuestros hijos, de nuestros ancianos y de nuestros enfermos. Manda pronto la salvación y la redención a tus criaturas, muéstranos una señal de paz y curación, ayúdanos a enmendar nuestros errores, y danos sabiduría para actuar correctamente, contigo, con nuestros semejantes y con nosotros mismos. Protege a los que procuran el bienestar de la humanidad y a los enfermos, protégelos de toda calamidad y otorgales paz, amén.
También convocamos a quien esté en condiciones médicas y no tenga obligaciones de servicio público y desea y pueda hacer un ayuno de reflexión que lo haga desde el amanecer hasta el mediodía o voto de silencio por ese dia solamente, como establece la tradición en casos de alarma humanitaria.
Rezaremos también por los profesionales de la salud, los funcionarios del gobierno y todos aquellos que arriesgan su vida para enfrentar la pandemia, por los débiles y ancianos, y la sociedad en general.
