Construirán el edificio más alto de Israel

El Grupo Azrieli dio a conocer “La Torre Espiral”, que se construirá en la propiedad donde estuvo por décadas el mitológico periódico Yediot Ahronot.

La torre constituirá parte del Complejo del Centro Azrieli, que incluye tres torres: un círculo, un cuadrado y un triángulo. La nueva torre se elevará a una altura de 350 metros que abarca 91 pisos, y una vez completada, se convertirá en el edificio más alto de Israel.

La torre fue planeada y desarrollada en forma geométrica única, nunca antes vista en Israel, que captura el ojo y la imaginación. El principal desafío para los iniciadores y los arquitectos era crear armonía entre las tres torres icónicas que forman Centro Azrieli y la nueva torre, impresionante y única en su tipo estructura.

Ya se están realizando trabajos de excavación y cimientos profundos en el sitio y se espera que la construcción se complete dentro de siete años con una inversión estimada de 2.500 millones de shékels.

Se construirán en la base de la estructura seis niveles de aparcamiento subterráneo, con una superficie de 45.000 metros cuadrados. Como parte de la construcción de la torre, el centro comercial Azrieli Tel Aviv recibirá una adición significativa de 13.000 metros cuadrados, lo que eleva su área total a 50.000 metros cuadrados.

El complejo Azrieli creará la única arteria de tráfico que conecta los diversos medios de transporte a su alrededor: desde las líneas de autobús que paran en la entrada, hasta el paso directo entre la estación de tren de Hashalom y la estación de tren ligero de Shaul Hamelech. Dada la actividad anticipada de la Línea Roja del tren ligero, se prevé que aproximadamente 100.000 personas pasarán por el centro todos los días una vez que se complete el proyecto.
