En Febrero, los distintos equipos de fútbol comienzan la pretemporada, uno camina por los bosques de Palermo y puede ver a “todo FACCMA ” y a muchos futbolistas amateurs corriendo al borde del lago, donde ya los profes tienen la medida exacta de la vuelta y el fondo es “un mal necesario” para que respondan las piernas en Agosto .
Cuando terminan ese primer trabajo y se reúnen ya con el DT en una ronda íntima, comienzan las charlas y las presentaciones de las caras nuevas que este año se sumaron al grupo, aparece el amigo del nueve que juega de dos y justamente el dos que trajo a otro nueve que “tiene inferiores en AFA” y es un fenómeno.
Cuando pasan tres semanas del comienzo y ya se vislumbra el primer amistoso, cae de maduro la pregunta del entrenador. -Muchachos, pongamos en claro el objetivo este año, ¿jugamos todos o salimos a ganar ? (claramente explicitando que las dos cosas son imposibles). -No profe, “nosotros somos amigos y no queremos que se desarme el grupo”, pero si entrenamos y jugamos en un campeonato competitivo es porque queremos ganar.
¿Y entonces ?
Cualquiera de las dos posturas son válidas y casi no hay una respuesta que no sea subjetiva, ya que donde esté parado cada uno, es la posición que va a adoptar.
Vayamos a los planteles donde juegan chicos, el equipo gana 1 a 0 y faltan 20 minutos, el técnico decide hacer todos los cambios y el partido se pierde 1 a 2.
Los padres le echan la culpa al técnico porque hizo todos los cambios, los que salieron escuchan y confirman en el viaje de vuelta en el auto lo que dice su papá, los que entraron se sienten los peores del planeta (no nos olvidemos que los chicos son “muy sinceros” y le hacen saber claramente a sus compañeros, que el partido lo “perdimos cuando vos entraste”).
Ahora, el ejemplo, lo llevamos a los veteranos; trabajan toda la semana, van los miércoles a entrenar y el sábado dejan a su familia (desde aquellos que fueron papás hace quince días hasta los que le trajeron la nieta a jugar a casa) y con el frío que tirita los huesos. El partido que hierve y están empatando 0 a 0, ¿qué hace el técnico? ¿Los ponen o no? ¡¡Qué duda!! Mientras, uno sigue entrando en calor y mirando de reojo. Y de repente se cruzan las miradas y el DT le dice, «vení, movete por allá o seguime al diez por toda la cancha» (cosa que no complique las cosas… el nuestro).
Si acá el partido se llegó a perder, se acabó la picada post partido, la ducha es un calvario para el que entró (nadie habla, quiere decir que van a hablar después cuando él no esté).
Entonces, ¿qué se hace? No hay una solución. La que más se aproxima, yo creo, es plantear las pautas claras a principio de año con el acuerdo del plantel en el caso de los más grandes.
Con respecto a los más chicos, alguien dijo que una solución sea que, en el reglamento inicial de cada torneo, figure un artículo que impone que todos los jugadores que firman la planilla deben jugar equis cantidad de minutos mínimo. Seguramente que en muchos partidos habrá doce o trece jugadores citados.
No hay soluciones mágicas: es fútbol, es torneo por los puntos y, cuando nos ponemos los cortos, todos queremos ganar, pero…¿jugamos todos?
