Anoche, en una mesa especial en el programa de Mirtha Legrand en Canal 13, compartían el espacio Sandra Arroyo Salgado, la ex mujer del fallecido fiscal Alberto Nisman, los periodistas Nelson Castro y Romina Manguel y el escritor Santiago Kovadloff.
Nelson Castro:»¿Usted cree que se va a saber la verdad?»
«Nosotros, como familia, teníamos la convicción de que Alberto nunca pudo haber tomado la decisión de terminar con su vida. No tenía motivos para suicidarse. Tenía dos hijas que adoraba, que eran todo», respondió la jueza. Y más adelante agregó: «Entendíamos que Alberto no tenía razones para poner el fin a su vida. Era una persona muy detallista con su trabajo».
Sobre los rumores de que Nisman podría haberse sentido «amedrentado» por la exposición que lo esperaba en el Congreso, Salgado aseveró que «eso es no conocer la trayectoria funcional de Nisman». Además, recordó que el fiscal se enfrentó en Lyon con funcionarios iraníes que lo amenazaron. «No lo veo a Alberto intimidado por tener que enfrentar a los legisladores el lunes en el Congreso», agregó.
Arroyo Salgado también habló sobre la investigación y ratificó que «se trató de una muerte violenta». «La querella tiene la certeza de que esto fue un homicidio», dijo.
Romina Manguel: ¿Por qué resisten (los peritos de parte) la realización de la junta médica?
«No resistimos la junta médica. Lo que planteamos es que se haga un trabajo serio y que no se vuelvan a cometer los mismos errores que se cometieron al principio: el día del hallazgo se pisó la escena del lugar del hecho donde fue encontrado Alberto, no se usaron steps, no se usó toda la tecnología que podría llegar a haber a disposición para despejar las manchas de sangre que podrían haberse encontrado en el lugar», explicó la ex mujer del fiscal.
El programa transcurría anoche en tono sobrio, mucho más serio que el habitual. Los invitados tomaban té y escuchaban con atención y casi sin interrupciones a la jueza Arroyo Salgado.
«Nosotros reclamamos que el día del hallazgo no se planteó una investigación que agotara todas las medidas de prueba para despejar si esto era un suicidio o un homicidio. La querella insiste en que no se tuvo en cuenta el contexto en el que Nisman fue encontrado sin vida: cuatro días después de una denuncia penal que él había efectuado contra la Presidenta, el canciller Timerman y otros funcionarios», dijo Arroyo Salgado.
