El ex director de Operaciones de la ex SIDE, Antonio «Jaime» Stiuso, terminó de declarar cerca de las 3 de la madrugada como testigo en la causa por la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman. El ex espía pasó casi 17 horas en el Palacio de Tribunales y, por lo extenso del testimonio, se hizo un cuarto intermedio a las 21.
Los abogados de la querella, que se retiraron pasadas las 3 de la madrugada de Comodoro Py, le dijeron a TN que Stiuso declaró hasta las 2.45 y abandonó Tribunales sin ser visto por la prensa.
Hasta el momento no se conoció ningún detalle de lo que dijo porque la jueza de la causa, Fabiana Palmaghini, declaró el secreto de sumario.
Las partes querían interrogarlo exhaustivamente sobre sus últimos contactos con el fiscal y los detalles de las comunicaciones del fin de semana del 17 y 18 de enero de 2015, cuando murió Nisman.
Al ex agente lo acompañó su abogado, Santiago Blanco Bermúdez, aunque sólo pudieron presenciar la declaración la querella, personal de la Fiscalía y la defensa de Diego Lagomarsino, además de la jueza.
