Así trascendió hoy de la hermética declaración de casi 17 horas que dio ayer el hombre fuerte de la ex Side. Opinó que, según su parecer, el ex fiscal fue asesinado por su trabajo en la causa AMIA.
El ex espía Antonio Stiuso opinó que al fiscal Alberto Nisman «lo mataron» y aseguró que en los últimos años el gobierno de Cristina Kirchner «obstaculizó» la investigación del atentado a la AMIA.
Así se pronunció Stiuso durante la declaración que por casi 17 horas llevó adelante ayer y esta madrugada ante la jueza de instrucción Fabiana Palmaghini. Según trascendió de fuentes judiciales, el ex director general de Operaciones de la ex SIDE dijo ante la Justicia que, según su parecer, a Nisman «lo mataron» por su actuación en la causa AMIA, si bien no habría ofrecido pruebas sobre esa opinión.
Stiuso sostuvo que «hubo obstaculización» de la investigación del atentado en los últimos años por parte de la gestión de la expresidenta Cristina Kirhcner.
En su extensa declaración, el exespía se refirió a la firma del memorándum de entendimiento con Irán y consideró que la investigación se debe focalizar «sobre quiénes negociaron» ese acuerdo. Stiuso ingresó el lunes, pasadas las 9 de la mañana, al despacho de la jueza de instrucción Fabiana Palmaghini para declarar por segunda vez en la causa en la que se investiga la muerte de Nisman, luego que lo hiciera en febrero de 2015 ante la fiscalía.
El ex espía fue convocado por la jueza luego de casi un año de permanecer en Estados Unidos y, según indicaron sus allegados, aportó toda la información con la que cuenta así como su parecer sobre lo que pudo ocurrirle a Nisman.
En su primera declaración testimonial, Stiuso había asegurado que no conocía los detalles de la denuncia que cuatro días antes de su muerte Nisman hizo por encubrimiento de la investigación del atentado a la AMIA contra la entonces presidenta de la Nación Cristina Kirchner.
No obstante, sí aclaró en aquella oportunidad que él sabía del contenido de las escuchas telefónicas que Nisman utilizó como prueba para instar esa denuncia, la cual fue archivada.
El exdirector general de Operaciones de la exSIDE además aseguró que Nisman lo llamó el día anterior a su hallazgo sin vida, pero que él no atendió porque su equipo celular estaba sin volumen y no escuchó el llamado.
Además, aseguró que «le llamó la atención la muerte sorpresiva» de Nisman y que «nunca lo hubiese esperado de una persona como» era el fiscal, ya que era un «apasionado por su trabajo».
