El periodista le reveló en exclusiva a LA CADENA JUDÍA DE INFORMACIÓN VIS A VIS que el juez Canicoba Corral no le solicitó a la ex SIDE que dejara de pincharle el teléfono al Yussuf Khalil y aseguró que, desde ese dispositivo, se grabaron audios posteriores a la muerte del Alberto Nisman que posee la Cámara Federal y que no le fueron presentados a Daniel Rafecas, a quien Wiñazki criticó por la decisión de archivar la presentación del fallecido fiscal contra la ex presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
«Yo no soy jurista, pero Rafecas asegura que la mayoría de los audios fueron escuchados en su juzgado. Si esto fue así hay una cosa que no se conoce tanto, y es que hay más audios que no le llegaron a Rafecas. Que llegaron a la Cámara Federal después de lo decidido por Rafecas. Son audios, según tengo entendido, de Khalil porque con cierta «ineficacia» el juez Canicoba Corral se «olvidó» de solicitarle a la ex SIDE que deje de pincharle el teléfono a Khalil y, según mis fuentes, ese teléfono quedo «pinchado» después de la muerte de Nisman. Según mi información esos audios están en poder de la Cámara Federal, yo no sé si lo escucharon, pero si me consta que hay autoridades judiciales que se los hicieron hacer llegar. Esto es una prueba más de que lo que pidió Nisman era investigar; no condenó, ni siquiera se inició en la instrucción, hay denuncias que empiezan como un anónimo, según dijo Rafecas, pero también a la denuncia de Nisman y al memorándum con Irán se lo tomo como algo estanco, lo que fue pasando con las negociaciones, incluso, con las alertas rojas. Esto es una opinión personal, lo que denunció Nisman es un proceso dinámico; que empieza con la negociacion en Aleppo, desmentida por el ex canciller Timerman, y que después se supo que mintió. No soy jurista, pero yo creo que la denuncia se tendría que haber investigado porque no habría que ver la foto final del pacto con Irán, sino en realidad lo que se venía negociando desde antes de la reunión en Aleppo. La denuncia del ex fiscal tenía que ver con la negociación de intercambio comercial o de energía, eso podría haber ocurrido durante la negociación, y cuando se hace público la denuncia eso se va modificando. Incluso tuvo mucha participación la AFI durante la denuncia de Nisman y antes. Cuando Timerman va a explicar al Congreso de la Nación el memorándum con Irán va junto a Juan Martín Mena, era funcionario de Justicia y después segundo de la AFI. El cambio de la SIDE, que es justo anterior a la denuncia de Nisman, es muy llamativo. Se van Icazuriaga y Larcher y quedan Parrilli y Mena. O sea, Parrilli que Nisman denuncia en los audios que es el nexo entre D`Elía con Irán, según comentó el ex fiscal en la denuncia, y con Mena. Incluso, en esa sesión de diputados en el Congreso hay respuestas que las da Mena, entonces, tal vez la AFI, estaba enterada de lo que estaba haciendo y después de su muerte generó una campaña contra una persona que ya había fallecido, que no podía responder y se lo atacó a través del ex gobierno, no por lo que había denunciado sino por su actuación personal. La reacción del Gobierno K frente a la denuncia de Nisman fue completamente inusitada, violenta verbalmente y eso genera sospechas. Cristina Kirchner nunca dijo: «Soy inocente me pongo a disposición de la Justicia». Atacó a la denuncia, incluso antes de ser presentada, y después obviamente con Nisman muerto», aseguró Wiñazki.
– Esos audios que llegaron a la Cámara Federal y no escuchó Rafecas, ¿a qué hacen referencia?
– Según mis fuentes, a cuestiones que tienen que ver con el shock que recibe Khalil al enterarse de la muerte de Nisman. No estoy queriendo decir que él haya estado involucrado sino cómo empieza a circular su nombre inmediatamente. En los audios hay conversaciones en farsí, yo las escuché, yo no sé farsí. Yo no sè si hubo traductores en el juzgado o en la Cámara Federal están analizando esas escuchas. Hay conversaciones de Khalil llamando a la embajada o al agregado comercial de Irán donde habla, todo el tiempo, de ir a ver a este agregado. También hay otro audio en el que Esteche le dice a Khalil que se había metido en la mesa de negociación con el Gobierno. Entiendo que ese audio no estaba en la causa, pero se conoce a través de los audios que tiene hoy la Cámara Federal.
– Pudiste ver la entrevista exclusiva con Rafecas en la que el juez afirmó que Interpol es el instigador del acercamiento con Irán y no el Gobierno. ¿Cuál es tu reflexión al respecto?
– Tengo información y no creo que Nisman, conociéndolo y sabiendo la relación que tuvo con Interpol, haya sido tan torpe como para haber hecho una denuncia de este tipo si sabe que la iniciativa del Memorándum viene de Interpol. Respeto al juez Rafecas, tendrá sus motivos para decir eso, pero me llama la atención que no haya sido un argumento inmediato del Gobierno de los Kirchner. Que inmediatamente hayan dicho que esto es una iniciativa de Interpol. Además, si esto fuera así, ¿por qué Interpol interviene en una causa judicial que investiga el máximo atentado de la historia argentina? Y otra cosa más: si fuere una iniciativa de Interpol, igualmente gente como la acusada podría haber aprovechado para intentar cometer algún tipo de delito. No soy abogado, insisto y respeto a Rafecas, pero me parece que una cosa no quita la otra. Supongamos que haya sido una iniciativa de Obama, él podría haber dicho «bueno, firmen un acuerdo, un memorando». En el medio, también se podría haber metido gente del Gobierno argentino a hacer negocios aprovechando la impunidad que le podría haber dado a los iraníes.
– Respecto al audio que salió en tu programa sobre una conversación entre (Guillermo) Borger y (Héctor) Timerman, Rafecas afirmó que es subrepticio y los protagonistas dicen lo mismo que dijeron públicamente, más allá de que la DAIA lo utilizó como un elemento para reabrir la causa. ¿Cuál es tu opiniòn?
– Ese audio lo brindó Daniel Santoro en mi programa. Escuchar al canciller de la Argentina decir «¿con quién querés que negocie…si ya sabemos que pusieron la bomba?» Es tan fuerte y doloroso. Y es tan increíble viniendo de Timerman, o no, viniendo de alguien que conocimos antes y se transformó en otra persona. Fue grabado de forma subrepticia según Rafecas. Un altavoz. ¿Sabía Timerman que estaba siendo grabado? No lo sé. ¿Sabía que estaba siendo escuchado en altavoz? No lo sé. No se conoce la comunicación entera. ¿Borger le habrá dicho después que lo había grabado, que la otra gente lo sabía? Tampoco lo sabemos. ¿Por qué? Porque la denuncia de Nisman no avanzó. Y eso, al contrario de lo que piensa y cree el kirchnerismo, es peor. Si son inocentes, la causa se cierra, porque en ese caso yo quiero que me investiguen y que se demuestre que soy inocente. No que se cierre así como se cerró, más allá de que quizás Rafecas tenga sus motivos, me parece que le juega en contra al kirchnerismo, a la propia Cristina, que además fue tan errática. Recordemos los Facebook diciendo «Nisman se suicidó», «Nisman no se suicidó». Y cómo trató el Gobierno a Alberto antes de la muerte y después. Porque uno de los que más los criticó fue Sergio Berni, la misma persona que luego entró a ese departamento, por el que terminó pasando, digo yo y respetando la muerte de Nisman, como una especie de circo. Faltaba que pasen los monos colgando y la gente que tira fuego por la boca, lo digo con respeto pero para graficar esa imagen. Se murió en enero de 2015, 17 o 18, y no sabemos ni a qué hora. Y estamos en septiembre de 2016…yo que sé.
– Rafecas dice que no sufrió presión en toda esta situación, ¿le crees?
– No.
– ¿Por qué?
Si recibió presiones, tal vez no se dejó presionar. Pero es evidente que siempre, en un caso así, un juez recibe llamados. Esto no significa que las presiones que recibió hayan influido en su decisión, porque yo no tengo modo de decir eso. Pero en un caso así la presión es directamente pública. Cuando está un Gobierno entero hablando de, por los diarios o por donde sea, quizás ni siquiera por teléfono, obviamente eso es una presión. Más allá de que un buen juez tiene que tener el temple para que eso no lo afecte, ya solamente eso es una presión.
– De acuerdo a la información que tenés, y siguiendo tu percepción, ¿qué creés que sucedió con Alberto Nisman?
– Es mi percepción personal, es una opinión: a Alberto Nisman lo mataron. Si él se suicidó, alguien supo el domingo a la mañana que se había suicidado, le borraron la computadora, los teléfonos para atrás el 18. Y si se suicidó fue inducido, que para la ley es un delito. Insisto con esto: Nisman estaba solo porque la custodia se fue el sábado, y el domingo a la mañana alguien entró a su computadora, se la borró y le borraron el teléfono. ¿Cómo sabían que se había suicidado, apenado o porque temía la presentación que iba a hacer al día siguiente? Eso es lo que a mí me genera la sospecha o casi la certeza. Obviamente había gente que lo seguía, que lo espiaba y que tuvo mucho que ver en su final, aunque él haya sido el que se pegó el tiro, ese tiro para mí fue inducido o disparado por otro.
