Con 55 autoridades de la República Argentina, que es la sexta delegación con más integrantes, se está desarrollando en Israel la Conferencia Mundial sobre Seguridad Nacional y Cibernética.
La Ministra de Seguridad de la República Argentina publicó en su Twitter:
Miles de ministros encargados de asegurar a sus países, responsables de la aplicación de la ley y profesionales de la seguridad de todo el mundo se reunirán en el Centro de Convenciones de Tel Aviv para asistir a “Israel HLS & Cyber 2016”.
La conferencia se centra en los desafíos de seguridad más inminentes de hoy, como las amenazas de terror físico y cibernético, la seguridad de los aeropuertos y los principales centros de transporte, la protección de la infraestructura crítica y mucho más.
Como complemento de estas importantes discusiones, la exposición se desarrollará simultáneamente y mostrará a 160 empresas israelíes, ofreciendo algunas de las tecnologías más innovadoras y avanzadas del mundo en el campo.
Con años de agresiones terroristas que han llevado a muchos gobiernos a ampliar sus medidas de seguridad. Ahora, más que nunca, se presta mayor atención a la protección de activos estratégicos, como centros de transporte, estadios e instalaciones deportivas, infraestructura crítica, etc.
Frente a una multitud de amenazas terroristas desde su creación, Israel ha alentado y apoyado el desarrollo y la implementación de soluciones de seguridad nacional de vanguardia. Hoy en día, Israel es el hogar de más de 400 empresas en este sector y se considera ampliamente a la vanguardia de la industria global de seguridad.
En los últimos años, Israel también se ha convertido en una nación cibernética líder. En 2015, el sector cibernético israelí alcanzó los 4.000 millones de dólares en ventas totales, lo que representa el 5% de las ventas mundiales de ese año en este sector. Israel cuenta con más de 300 compañías cibernéticas y el número crece con cada año que pasa.
