Un ciudadano israelí que llamó a la policía después de haber sido atacado por un árabe en Alemania fue derribado y golpeado por agentes que respondieron a su llamado de ayuda.
El incidente ocurrió el miércoles en un parque en la ciudad alemana de Bonn.
La víctima, un profesor judío israelí de 50 años, llevaba una kipá cuando fue atacado por un hombre árabe-alemán.
Según The Local, el atacante árabe de 20 años se enfrentó a la víctima gritando “¡No judíos en Alemania!” Y empujándolo. El atacante también quitó la kippah del profesor.
Cuando el profesor pidió ayuda, un compañero notificó a la policía. Pero cuando llegaron los agentes, procedieron a neutralizar a la víctima, gritándole que se rindiera.
Luego, los oficiales tiraron al profesor al suelo, lo esposaron y le propinaron un puñetazo en la cara.
Más tarde, la policía se dio cuenta de que habían arrestado a la víctima, en lugar de al perpetrador, y rastrearon al agresor, quien posteriormente fue detenido y trasladado a una clínica de fisiatra.
El jueves, la Jefa de Policía de Bonn Ursula Brohl-Sowa se reunió con el profesor el jueves para disculparse por el incidente, calificándolo de “terrible y desafortunado malentendido“.
El ministro del Interior de Renania del Norte-Westfalia, Herbert Reul, habló con el profesor por teléfono el jueves para ofrecer su propia disculpa, informó Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung.
“No permitiremos que los judíos sean perseguidos de esa manera nunca más en Alemania”, dijo Reul.
En abril, un grupo de migrantes sirios que vivían en Berlín atacaron a un árabe israelí que llevaba una kipá, lo azotaron con un cinturón y lo maldijeron.
