La Comunidad Judía de Bariloche propone un curso de hebreo con orientación en turismo a partir de marzo.
“Este tipo de cursos se dan desde hace muchos años pero con tanto turismo israelí se nos ocurrió armar un curso orientado a quienes brindan excursiones, trabajan en restaurantes, hotelería para ofrecer un servicio de calidad”, sintetizó Judith Romang, docente de hebreo e integrante de la comunidad y, acotó: “No es lo mismo recibir a un turista en español e inglés que en su mismo idioma”.
La mujer nació en Israel pero vive en Bariloche desde hace 10 años. “Hablo perfectamente el hebreo. Entonces cuando escucho a alguien de allá, le hablo en hebreo y me miran como diciendo: ¿cómo puede ser estando tan lejos? Se sienten bien y eso lo replican en otros turistas”, explicó Romang.
El curso será presencial los miércoles a la mañana, durante una hora, en la sede de la comunidad judía en el centro de Bariloche. Pero el resto de la semana habrá “tutorías” en caso de consultas. “Puede ser que alguien necesite hacer un cartel. Me han pedido, por ejemplo, que elabore cartas de restaurante en hebreo. Con una integrante de la comisión de auxilio del Club Andino armamos un folleto con recomendaciones. Cada vez que paso por un lugar y veo que algo no está bien escrito, les digo”, advirtió.
Resaltó que el servicio turístico es bueno y de calidad pero las principales deficiencias se encuentran en la comunicación.
“La idea es que en el curso la gente aprenda a explicar cómo llegar a un lugar, qué lugares turísticos se pueden recorrer, qué se puede hacer en un parque nacional y qué no, qué ofrece un restaurante, cómo tomo un colectivo”.
