El movimiento terrorista libanés Hezbollah difundió este lunes un video con amenazas hacia Israel, en el que se podía observar a su unidad especial Radwan en pleno entrenamiento.
La unidad Radwan es preparada para las misiones más secretas y sensibles de la organización, como penetrar en el norte israelí a través de túneles subterráneos que cruzan la frontera libanesa, con el objetivo final de conquistar la región de Galilea que abarca el norte del Estado judío.
En reiteradas oportunidades medios de comunicación árabe informaron sobre la exigencia de los entrenamientos de esta unidad de Hezbollah e indicaron que su creador fue Imad Mugniyah, un ex jefe de inteligencia del movimiento que murió en 2008 en un ataque atribuido a Israel.
Los ejercicios militares exhibidos en el video incluyen combates cuerpo a cuerpo y disparos hacia objetivos que tenían pintada la Estrella de David, símbolo patrio de Israel. El material fue replicado en diversas redes sociales cercanas al Hezbollah, tanto iraníes como de sus milicias satélites.
El momento de esta publicación no es casual: la semana pasada en Irán se celebró el “Día de Jerusalem” y el domingo se cumplieron 20 años de la retirada israelí del sur del Líbano. Estos eventos, que suelen estar acompañados de manifestaciones en las calles de Teherán, en el contexto del coronavirus se celebraron fundamentalmente en redes sociales y a través de mensajes emitidos en los medios de comunicación.
El viernes pasado Hassan Nasrallah, secretario general de Hezbollah, pronunció un discurso en el que aseguraba que “Israel le teme al Líbano” y que las FDI no lograron su objetivo de disuasión hacia el movimiento terrorista. “La capacidad de resistencia del Líbano se intensificó”, afirmó el líder terrorista.
