Vis á Vis te brinda para este Shabat a la canción ganadora del concurso Sharim 2020, «Mi anhelo es Israel» de la Comunidad Yovel.

Es la primera edición de este concurso que tiene como finalidad unir al mundo a través de canciones que hablen de Israel, aunque no está destinado solo a judíos. También participan comunidades evangélicas, es como expandir  la paz y la unión a través de la música.

Lo organiza el Departamento para la Diáspora de la Organización Sionista Mundial, Hatzad Hashení y la B’nai B’rith.

La comunidad Yovel practican el judaísmo a través de la Torá. Consideran al Cristiano Evangélico como «hermanos» y trabajan en conjunto con la comunidad judía de Bogotá y sus rabinos con el fin de apoyar a Israel

La canción ganadora, «Mi anhelo es Israel», fue musicalizada por el equipo de la comunidad Yovel de Colombia. Además de su ritmo moderno y alegre, cautiva con su mensaje de unión y de deseo de visitar Israel

Se inspira en la música como medio de expresión del amor desinteresado hacia Israel. El video clip fue grabado en barrios de la ciudad de Bogotá en Colombia.

La segunda edición será durante este año. Sharim está inspirado en Eurovisión.

Argentina estuvo representada por un grupo musical neuquino que llegó a la final junto a otros diez participantes. Junto a su pareja, Fernando Guiñez, y Fernando Garayalde, la cantante Mariela Teplitzky compuso el tema «Israel razón de ser»

«Nos avisaron personas de la comunidad del Centro Hebraico de Neuquén que nos conocen y saben que somos músicos. Ellos se enteraron por las redes sociales y decidimos jugarnos. Yo soy descendiente de judíos y con mi marido siempre participamos en la Fiesta de la colectividades representando al Centro Hebraico. Nos pareció una buena oportunidad para utilizar el tiempo y para hablar del sentimiento que una trae de la tradición y el amor hacia la tierra de nuestros ancestros, que es de lo que trata la canción. Además usamos instrumentos como el charango y el bandoneón, para que tenga un toque tanguero y argentino», contó la cantante que junto a sus otros compañeros integra Playlist, agrupación que suele tocar covers en el Casino Magic y otros escenarios locales.
