El protagonista es un joven cuya madre quiere desesperadamente que se case con una buena mujer judía. Pero Motti, quien es interpretado por el actor suizo-israelí Joel Basman, termina enamorándose de una estudiante no judía llamada Laura, a quien conoce en la universidad. La historia tiene lugar en la comunidad ortodoxa en Zúrich.

La película salió en Suiza en 2018, pero se unió a la alineación de Netflix el mes pasado.
