El multifacético artista Jorge Schussheim murió hoy a los 79 años, tras sufrir una descompensación cardíaca este jueves por la noche.

Según trascendió, su esposa, la directora y actriz Lía Jelín, llamó a emergencias y los médicos le dijeron que debía ser internado, pero Schussheim decidió quedarse en la cama. Lamentablemente, a primera hora de este viernes tuvo un pico de presión y falleció.

Roberto Moldavsky comenzó su carrera junto a él. Siempre lo reconoció. «Me metí en un curso de stand-up. Para la muestra de fin de año, se grabó un DVD. Lo vio Jorge Schussheim, quien me invitó a trabajar con él en un espectáculo de cena show. Un día, de casualidad, a ese show vino Fernando Bravo, quien me sumó al staff de su programa de radio»

El reconocido músico, compositor, escritor, publicista, actor, cocinero, humorista y director de coro argentino Jorge Schussheim, quien murió hoy, cursó varias carreras en la UBA: «Estudié Medicina para conformar a mi mamá, Antropología por mi hermana y Geología por una tía», contó alguna vez.

Más tarde, integró I Musicisti, el grupo musical predecesor de Les Luthiers. Se destacó como libretista del emblemático programa de Tato Bores, editó un álbum con canciones (“No todo va mejor con…”) y tuvo su propia agencia de publicidad, donde ideó grandes piezas que han quedado en la memoria colectiva.

También le puso la voz a muchas canciones, algunas de grandes marcas del rubro bebidas y alimentos; escribió comedias musicales, adaptó algunas obras teatrales y escribió otras, como «Juan Moreira Supershow», con Pedro Orgambide. Asimismo, escribió libros e incluso una autobiografía.
