El Papa Francisco recibirá el próximo miércoles 21 de este mes a una comitiva del colegio Jaim Weitzman encabezada por la Rabina, Sarina Vitas en donde se le presentará un libro que recopila cuatro años de trabajo del proyecto educativo institucional e interreligioso «Lazos Comunitarios por la Diversidad».
El proyecto «Lazos Comunitarios» surgió en el 2011 por iniciativa del Ministerio de Educación de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, el INADI, la DAIA, y convirtió en anfitriona al Colegio Jaim Weitzman junto a otros seis colegios de comunidades diversas; como la helénica, coreana, japonesa, católica y armenia. El objetivo de este proyecto es trabajar en conjunto por el respeto al prójimo.
Esta audiencia que se llevará a cabo la semana que viene en Roma tiene un será la primera vez que un colegio de la comunidad judía visite al Sumo Pontífice, y se le entregará un libro que contiene fotografías, de quien fuera maestra jardinera del Papa Francisco en el colegio Misericordia. Además la comitiva Jaim Weitzman- Comunidad Hebrea Or Jadash le entregará un claf, hoja sobre la cuál se escribe la Torá, en donde dice en hebreo: «Amaras a tu prójimo como a ti mismo».
