El nombre del segundo hombre que fue asesinado es Shachar Melamed, de 43 años, quien estaba casado con Anat, y tenía tres hijos. Su familia lo describió como «un padre y hombre de familia dedicado».
La primera víctima fatal (quien murió en el acto) es Ze’ev Etzion, de 55 años y era padre de cinco hijos.
