Alberto Rodríguez Saá: «Hay que tener enorme cuidado de que entre los refugiados sirios que recibamos no aparezca un aprovechador»

El gobernador de la provincia de San Luis, Alberto Rodríguez Saá mantuvo un diálogo con la prensa comunitaria durante su visita a la Delegación de Asociaciones Israelitas Argentina (DAIA) en la que hizo referencia al profundo trabajo que hacen en San Luis para construir una sociedad más igualitaria en términos de derechos humanos y derechos del hombre. También se refirió a un grupo de refugiados sirios que alojará la provincia y cómo se va a implementar la asimilación con la sociedad puntana.

– ¿Cómo trabaja la provincia en materia de discriminación a los diferentes colectivos?

– Nosotros hemos hecho una enorme reivindicación, que sigue el proceso, a las cultura aborigen. Hemos hecho una reforma de la Constitución provincial en la que agregamos un artículo reconociendo los derechos de inclusión social, inclusión digital y la inclusión de los pueblos originarios. Dándole jerarquía constitucionales a los derechos que ha reconocido las Naciones Unidas a las culturales originarias como nación. Nosotros le hemos devuelto las tierras, fomentamos que tengan su viabilidad económica, que puedan tener su propia escuela. La policía no puede ingresar a su territorio, el territorio elige a sus representantes según las normas que ellos consideren, y lo que cuesta muchísimo es la viavilidad económica.

Los pueblos originarios han sido destruidos culturalmente. Lo que hemos dialogado con la DAIA es cómo hacemos para que ellos puedan tener una viabilidad económica; una forma es la capacitación a el huinca, es la persona que ellos reconocen que no pertenece a su colectivo, y que siempre se aprovecha de ellos. Hay que empoderarlos y que recuperen su cultura.

El otro tema de discriminación que estamos luchando es para que se le reconozcan los derechos y dándole los derechos de la salud al colectivo LGTBIQ (Lesbianas, Gays, transexuales, bisexuales, intersexuales y queers) Que puedan acceder en los hospitales públicos a las operaciones y tratamientos que requieran para respetar su diversidad. Ese colectivo me contó que la expectativa de vida es hasta los 45 años, muy baja. Esto es una muestra clara de como la sociedad los ha marginado y los ha puesto debajo de la alfombra.

– Se sabe que San Luis va a alojar a un grupo de los primeros 300 refugiados sirios que vendrán a la Argentina, ¿cómo van a trabajar en la provincia con este tema?

– Nosotros hemos abierto los corazones y tenemos familias que están dispuestas a recibir. La provincia va a poner todo lo que sea necesario. También las familias solidarias que reciban a los refugiados van a tener que enmarcarlos en una marco familiar, y ahí el gobierno le aproxima la cultura para que ellos sientan una empatía con respecto a las necesidades culturales y económicas. Lo que sí hay que tener enorme cuidado de que sea un tema solidario,soy muy respetuoso del drama que ha vivido esta gente, pero siempre tenemos miedo que aparezca un aprovechador.

– ¿Cómo tomó la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman?

– Yo al momento de la muerte de Nisman tenía un programa de radio, no era gobernador en ese momento, y cuando sucedió el hecho fui el primero que trató el tema como un magnicidio. Evidentemente la investigación es absurda por que es un magnicidio, el hombre esta muerto, se sabe que prácticamente están todos las pruebas de que no fue un suicidio y no se investiga el crimen… ¿cómo es que no se investiga el crimen? Cuanto ha pasado y no se investiga el crimen. Hay una suerte de un perverso acuerdo de las instituciones…perverso acuerdo de silenciar estas cosas.
