El secretario general de la DAIA, Santiago Kaplun, dialogó con LA CADENA JUDÍA DE INFORMACIÓN VIS A VIS acerca de la decisión de la Cámara de Casación Penal de reabrir la denuncia que presentó el fiscal Alberto Nisman contra Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
«Lo mejor es esperar a ver cuáles son los alcances del fallo, pero obviamente que el fallo principal ordena investigar el presunto delito que Nisman había denunciado y es lo que queríamos desde el primer día cuando decidimos presentarnos como partes querellantes y llevar adelante esta cruzada», explicó Kaplun.
Por otra parte, afirmó: «Nosotros venimos hablando desde el 4 de agosto, cuando realizamos la presentación que al principio en el frente interno de nuestra comunidad se pensaba que era una aventura demasiado compleja, pero teníamos esta estrategia desde el punto de vista jurídico para poder obtener este resultado. Yo estoy contento, pero expectante. Parece un final, pero en realidad es un principio», sentenció Kaplun.
