El 24 de abril de 2017 a las 11:00 hora local, los Judíos de América Latina van a tener técnicamente el apoyo para tomarse un minuto para honrar la memoria de las víctimas del Holocausto y una semana más tarde, les llegará este video a cada celular o computadora para parar un minuto igual que se hace que cada año en Israel.
El 1 de mayo de 2017, también a las 11:00 hora local, se honrará la memoria de los caídos en la defensa del estado de Israel y las víctimas del terror. Esto lo hará cada uno como parte del pueblo judío en la diáspora y en Israel.
Se trata de traer a la diáspora lo que sucede en Israel cuando se recuerda por 1 minuto a las victimas de la Shoá, de los atentados por ataques terroristas y a todos los caídos en defensa del Estado de Israel. El 24 de abril y 1 de mayo todos paramos un minuto
En Israel la sirena en días de conmemoración expresa y simboliza la solidaridad de todos los integrantes de la nación, con el recuerdo de los caídos y las víctimas. Es una expresión viva del sentido del dolor colectivo por los muertos.
La sirena expresa el momento en el que la nación se une y se concentra con la memoria y el recuerdo de sus hijos e hijas caídos en las guerras de Israel y los ataques terroristas, y con quienes fueron asesinados en la Shoa.
Mientras que en Iom Hashoa y Iom Hazikaron, se hace escuchar en todo Israel una sirena en memoria de las víctimas y en muestra de comunión con las familias de los caídos, en las comunidades judías alrededor del mundo, aún no.
En la Diáspora, en ausencia de un cambio externo cada judío debe realizar un esfuerzo adicional para superar la rutina cotidiana. Esto es lo que sucede obviamente en los días de recordación.
# PAREMOS1MINUTO es un proyecto que nació a partir de la conversación acerca de la identidad judía y la conexión con Israel, su conservación y cuidado en la diáspora. En el contexto de las conmemoraciones de Iom HaShoá y de Iom Hazikaron nos hemos propuesto como objetivo hacer accesible la sirena para todos los judíos en América Latina.
El objetivo del proyecto es posibilitar que los judíos en América Latina, y esperamos que en todo el mundo, puedan escuchar al unísono la sirena y elevar la oración de Izkor, en un momento de comunión con todos los integrantes del pueblo.
