“Las fuerzas confirmaron haber hecho blanco, lo que resultó en la muerte de uno de los atacantes”, precisó un portavoz militar. Se ha reportado que otro palestino fue hospitalizado y que otros dos fueron detenidos por los soldados.
Funcionarios palestinos identificaron al fallecido como Mahmud Badran, de 20 años, oriundo de la localidad de Kafr Qadum, al este de Qalqilyia.
