Matias Gorenberg, jugador del Sub 23 de básquet de Bami, habló con MINUTO XT y se refirió a su expectativa sobre la llegada de los resultados positivos. Ademas, contó acerca de su debut en la categoría, el cambio como jugador de fútbol al básquet y de su historia y sentimiento por el club.
– ¿Cómo te sentiste en tu debut en la categoría Sub 23 de Básquet?
Fue una increíble experiencia para mí. Se me juntó la ansiedad, los nervios y las ganas. Es un gran primer paso y tengo mucho por mejorar. Agradezco a mis entrenadores el darme la oportunidad de intentar sumar un granito de arena al equipo, y a mis compañeros por confiar en mí y apoyarme en todo momento.
– Siempre jugaste al Fútbol en ese club, de hecho ganaste el Bami de Oro por esa disciplina, ¿a qué se debe el cambio?
Considero que uno va a creciendo y madurando a medida que transcurre el tiempo. Las necesidades van mutando y este año me topé con esta hermosa propuesta. Sentí que me iba a hacer bien ser partícipe de este proyecto y hasta ahora no me equivoqué. Es uno de los grandes motores de mi semana, lo estoy disfrutando mucho.
Creo que el equipo está a punto de hacer un gran salto de calidad. Venimos formándonos como grupo desde que comenzó el año y cada vez estamos más unidos. Teniendo en cuenta que ninguno de nosotros habíamos jugado juntos antes, hemos hecho un enorme progreso. Veo un equipo alegre, solidario, comprometido y voluntarioso. Lo que más rescato es el aliento incondicional que nos brindamos entre todos.
– ¿Cómo proyectás al equipo de acá a fin de año?
Imagino que iremos consiguiendo entendernos aún más dentro y fuera de la cancha. Estoy seguro de que no vamos a tardar en lograr los resultados que todos deseamos.
– ¿Te ves ganando un Bami de Oro pero esta vez como jugador de Básquet?
Pienso que toda persona de Bami sueña con ganarse ese reconocimiento. Merecer ese premio fue y es muy especial. Todavía se me pone la piel de gallina cuando recuerdo ese hermoso momento de mi vida. Sin embargo, hoy en día estoy concentrado en aportar parte de mí a la Institución desde otros lados, así que veo difícil que eso ocurra. Mi sueño está cumplido, ahora es turno de otros.
– Por último, ¿qué significa llevar puesta la camiseta de Bami para vos?
He llevado estos colores a dondequiera que haya ido. Bami es mi hogar, el cual amo con locura y pasión. Sinceramente, si pudiera expresar con palabras lo que significa para mí ponerme la camiseta entonces no sería digno de llevarla. Es algo místico y único que no puede explicarse.
