Dos niños fueron arrestados por intentar robar un banco en la ciudad de Rishon Lezion, Israel, empuñando sus armas de juguete y vistiendo sudaderas con capucha, intentando ocultar sus identidades.
Los dos aspirantes a ladrones de bancos, de 12 y 13 años de edad, llegaron a una oficina en la calle Zadal, y tras entrar le gritaron a un cajero: «Esto es un robo! Danos el dinero!», según declaró la policía israelí.En ese momento, el cajero corrió a esconderse en el interior de la sucursal, seguido de los otros trabajadores. La policía dijo que los dos muchachos huyeron después sin robar nada.
En un video de una cámara de vigilancia difundido por la policía el jueves, se puede ver a los dos muchachos llegar paseando hasta la puerta del banco.Los agentes lograron localizar a los dos niños en cuestión de horas, arrestándolos en sus casas. El rifle de juguete también se encontró en una de las viviendas.
Ambos niños, que son vecinos de Rishon Lezion, comparecieron ante un magistrado del Juzgado local, que los ‘condenó’ a estar sin salir de casa hasta el domingo.
