Fabio Fridman: »Estamos evaluando la posibilidad de llevar las Macabeadas de Veteranos a Carlos Paz»

El Director Ejecutivo de Faccma, Fabio Fridman, habló con Minuto XT y realizó un balance de lo que se hizo durante el 2014, y nos planteó cuáles serán los objetivos de la Federación a corto y largo plazo para este año, en el que además de los Juegos Macabeos de Berlín y los Panamericanos en Chile, señaló que hay una chance de que las Macabeadas de Veteranos se hagan en Córdoba. 
También habló sobre los beneficios que le puede traer a los clubes y a los deportistas el proyecto que van a presentar el 18 de marzo a presidentes y a directores ejecutivos.
– ¿Qué evaluación hicieron del año que pasó?


Fue un excelente año en el que se cumplieron con creces los objetivos que nos planteamos, tanto en los proyectos deportivos como en los educativos y sociales. Tuvimos un incremento importante en la cantidad y calidad de las propuestas deportivas con el desarrollo de actividades como futsal, básquet, golf y footgolf. Además, continuamos teniendo un torneo de fútbol muy competitivo y el de mayor cantidad de participantes. Y cerramos el año mandando a 250 personas de nueve instituciones afiliadas a Israel para participar del programa Bekeff Hadrajá.
– Javier Veinberg en una entrevista que le dio en exclusiva a Minuto XT contó que el 18 de marzo iban a lanzar un proyecto para chicos de entre 18 a 30 años, ¿qué beneficios les traería a los deportistas esta nueva iniciativa?
Esa es una franja de tarea que a las instituciones les cuesta mucho convocar y más retener. Ese día se reunirá la Mesa de presidentes y directores ejecutivos. Allí, plantearemos una propuesta elaborada desde la Federación para ese grupo al que a todos nos interesa comprometer en proyectos de integración social y comunitaria a partir de propuestas que responda a sus intereses.
– Este proyecto, ¿qué mejoras traería para los clubes?


Generar un espacio social y de interacción más amplios que los que cada institución les puede ofrecer. Este proyecto surge a partir de un espacio de reflexión conjunto de dirigentes de las instituciones que promovimos en 2014.


– ¿Qué objetivos a corto y a largo plazo se propusieron para este año?

Tenemos dos grandes proyectos deportivos; participar por primera vez de los Juegos Macabeos Europeos de Berlín con una delegación de 80 personas, y en los Panamericanos de Chile, que es un proyecto más ambicioso en cuanto a convocatoria y compromiso con nuestros amigos del Estadio Israelita de Chile. Nos proponemos realizar un gran seminario continental de madrijim en el mes de marzo con más de 400 madrijim del continente. Tenemos también proyectos de formación de dirigentes y profesionales de las instituciones afiliadas para darles herramientas de gestión y formación judaica que enriquezcan su tarea. Por último, queremos incrementar las instituciones que forman parte de Bekeff, incluyendo a las instituciones del interior del país. Como verás, tenemos un desafío importante para este año, ya que estamos evaluando llevar los Juegos Macabeos de Veteranos a Carlos Paz. Estamos trabajando con la dirigencia de Macabi Noar, viendo la factibilidad de esta propuesta. Será sin dudas un año de grandes desafíos, que los tomamos como una oportunidad de crecimiento para Faccma y sus instituciones.
