Los fiscales federales que convocaron a la marcha de silencio presentaron denuncias contra el dirigente social Emerenciano Sena y la diputada jujeña Milagro Sala por «intimidación pública».
Los fiscales federales que convocaron a la marcha por la muerte de su colega Alberto Nisman presentaron una denuncia por intimidación pública e incitación a la violencia. Lo hicieron a raíz de mensajes en redes sociales y sobre supuestas acciones de dirigentes kirchneristas para contrarrestar la manifestación del #18F.
La denuncia la hicieron los fiscales que convocaron a la marcha de hoy: Raúl Pleé, Germán Moldes, Ricardo Sáenz, Carlos Rívolo, Guillermo Marijuán y Carlos Stornelli. En sendas denuncias presentadas ante el juez federal Daniel Rafecas y Norberto Oyarbide, apuntaron hacia el dirigente social Emerenciano Sena y la diputada jujeña Milagro Sala.
En la denuncia hicieron referencia a información publicada el 13 de febrero pasado bajo el título: «Emerenciano Sena tomará la Plaza 25 de mayo (Chaco) para evitar el 18F», la marcha de esta tarde al cumplirse un mes de la muerte de Nisman.
En ese sentido, hicieron referencia a dichos de Sena, dirigente del Movimiento de Trabajadores Desocupados (MTD), sobre que «tomará la plaza y no dejará entrar a nadie cuando se lleve adelante la marcha 18F y que no le preocupan los incidentes que pueda haber, ya que será como una ‘venganza del pueblo’.
Incluso, la nota publicada en www.diariotag.com, el dirigente habría advertido que «si era necesario irían ‘con palos’, ya que las personas ‘son víctimas de los jueces y fiscales, los verdaderos enemigos del pueblo».
Por otra parte, los fiscales denunciaron que en la red social twitter, en la cuenta @Anita Montanoro, se dijo que Milagro Sala «es una de las impulsoras de las Milicias Armadas para defender a nuestra Reina», y «ya hay 10 mil cumpas armas y listos».
«Es sin lugar a dudas una clara incitación a la violencia colectiva, que cobra especial interés en la fecha», expusieron los fiscales en la denuncia.
En tanto, los denunciantes expusieron que la cuenta de twitter corresponde a Anita Montanaro y que «la similitud», que «no es visible en una simple lectura, encubre una clara provocación a los lectores: confundir a la agente pública mencionada con quien ha sido el verdadero autor o expositor de la idea». Ello porque la cuenta de twitter de la militante kirchnerista es @AnitaMontanaro.
