El intendente de Vicente López Jorge Macri dialogó en exclusiva con la CADENA JUDÍA DE INFORMACIÓN VIS A VIS, a 8 meses de cumplirse una de las muertes más violentas en democracia, como denominó el fiscal general Ricardo Saenz a la aparición del cuerpo sin vida del ex fiscal de UFI-AMIA, Alberto Nisman.
– ¿Por qué todavía estamos discutiendo si lo mataron o se suicidó?
– Por dos razones; primero porque hace algunos años vivimos con un gobierno que ha puesto un manto de sospecha muy grande en la autonomía e independencia del Poder Judicial. Todos los jueces están sospechados de ser amigos o enemigos del poder político y se verifica porque hay muchos que fallan en favor de ellos y tienen juicios políticos suspendidos. Otros que cada vez que quieren fallar contra el Gobierno Nacional son amenazados o removidos de causas. La segunda razón tiene que ver con el hecho de lo que Nisman estaba investigando, y de lo que todos sus allegados plantean como la imposibilidad de un suicidio. Más allá de eso en nuestro espacio político vemos un hombre que ha pasado desde el rol de la sociedad civil como Waldo Wolff y que conoce de esto mucho más que yo. Por eso, en función de la presión, la Justicia argentina ha perdido legitimidad y autonomía.
– ¿La Justicia se dejó avasallar por el gobierno o también se lo permitió?
– Son las dos cosas. A veces los violentos y los prepotentes avanzan hasta donde el otro los deja avanzar. Hay una estilo de poder en el gobierno que lo personifica Aníbal Fernández y otro, que es siempre doblar la apuesta, y además, quererse llevarse puesto al otro. Y si los otros poderes no ponen un límite estos muchachos no aflojan nunca.
– ¿Qué opinión tiene con respecto a la renuncia de Fernando Niembro como candidato a diputado nacional?
– A mi me duele su momento personal. Yo no especulo electoralmente. Me parece que es un hombre que decidió participar, que fue agredido de manera profunda y que se retira de está contienda electoral, pero no de la lucha política con un buen gesto; que es proteger a un espacio y no pretender protección en los fueros. Me encantaría que más de los cientos de candidatos que hay en el Frente Para la Victoria en todo el país, que están procesados, tengan una actitud similar.
