Fue en Tel Aviv, donde el Vicejefe y su comitiva integrada por el Secretario General de Gobierno, Fernando Straface y el Secretario de Desarrollo Ciudadano, Matías López, participaron de una conferencia sobre seguridad interior, en la que tuvieron reuniones con representantes de las principales empresas de sistemas de seguridad.
“La verdad que de esta visita nos llevamos muchos conocimientos importantes. Israel es un país de avanzada en tecnologías de seguridad. No alcanza sólo con instalar cámaras, también hay que tener un monitoreo a distancia y sistemas integrados para que todo funcione de manera eficiente”, explicó Santilli.
“Israel está en el top cinco del mundo en sistemas de seguridad de protección al ciudadano. Por ejemplo Jerusalén redujo a un 0,8 por ciento las muertes en la calle por la ayuda de las nuevas tecnologías. Son cosas que queremos implementar en Buenos Aires, con monitoreo integrado de los ingresos y egresos de vehículos en la Ciudad”, adelantó el Vicejefe.
Luego, las diversas actividades programadas lo llevaron a recorrer sistemas de innovación urbana y sustentabilidad por las ciudades de Nazaret y Jerusalén, para luego retornar a Tel Aviv, donde este mediodía (hora de nuestro país) fue recibido por Netanyahu. “El Primer Ministro conoce a Mauricio y está muy contento con el nuevo rumbo que tomó la Argentina”, contó.
