La División Unidad de investigación de conductas discriminatorias realizó un allanamiento por orden del juez Penal Económico Marcelo Aguinsky en la provincia de Salta capital por infracción a Ley 23592 (Antidiscriminatoria).
Comenzó con la llegada vía aduana de dichos elementos que, al ser escaneados los contenedores, divisaron elementos nazis que llegaron desde Alemania. Al ser informado el juez, ordenó el procedimiento de seguimiento que culminó en el domicilio allanado en la provincia de Salta.
El presidente de la DAIA, Ariel Cohen Sabban, le dijo a La Cadena Judía de Información Vis á Vis que «éste es un trabajo conjunto con personal de la Aduana, AFIP y la Delegación Salta de la Policía Federal» y permanentemente trabaja en conjunto con el Ministerio de Seguridad con un único objetivo: «Que en la Argentina no haya lugar para el antisemitismo»
