La Oficina Nacional de Vigilancia contra el Antisemitismo (BNVCA, por sus siglas en francés) ha sido informada de la profanación de 8 sepulturas de la comunidad judía en el cementerio de Noisy-le-Sec, Seine Saint Denis.
Una joven afroamericana de entre 16 y 20 años, que tiene el hábito de vagar por el cementerio, es una de las sospechosa.s
Estas profanaciones serían ligeras. Sin embargo, este vandalismo ha sido condenado y se ha pedido que se haga todo lo posible para identificar y encontrar al autor de este acto infame y detectar su motivo.
El BNVCA informó al Presidente de la Comunidad Judía de Noisy le Secpara que tomara las disposiciones rituales necesarias.
El odio que se acumula con la cobardía ahora lleva a los antijudíos a atacar no solo a los vivos, sino incluso a los muertos.
El BNVCA, que decidió constituirse en parte civil, ha instruido a su abogado Maitre Baccouche a que presente una queja ante el fiscal de la República de Bobigny.
Noisy-le-Sec es una población y comuna francesa, en la región de Isla de Francia, departamento de Sena-San Denis, en el distrito de Bobigny.
Ocho tumbas del cementerio judío de Noisy-le-Sec fueron profanadas, advierte la Oficina Nacional de Vigilancia contra el Antisemitismo en un comunicado, refiriéndose a “ligeros daños”.
El último juicio importante por la profanación de tumbas judías en Francia tuvo lugar en septiembre de 2017 en Alsacia.
El 15 de septiembre de 2017, cinco jóvenes fueron condenados a Saverne, en el Bajo Rin, a penas de ocho a 18 meses de prisión condicional por haber saqueado cuando eran aún adolescentes, unas 250 tumbas en el cementerio judío de Sarre-Union en febrero de 2015.
Los jóvenes comparecieron por profanación y daños de sepulturas “debido a la pertenencia de las personas fallecidas a una religión específica“, en este caso el judaísmo.
Cientos de placas habían sido derribadas, algunas tumbas habían sido abiertas, y los profanadores habían orinado en ciertas tumbas.
En Francia, cada profanación de un cementerio judío recuerda la emoción sentida durante la profanación del cementerio judío de Carpentras en mayo de 1990 por cuatro neonazis que habían creado un gran movimiento de indignación nacional.
En estado de shock, alrededor de 200.000 personas (según los organizadores), entre ellos François Mitterrand – entonces primer jefe de Estado desde la Liberación en participar en una manifestación callejera – participan en la marcha de protesta en París. Se han organizado eventos en muchas otras ciudades.
