CUJA, junto a la Organización Sionista Femenina Argentina y la Kehilá de Rosario presentaron la película “La Jerusalem Argentina”, que recorre retrata la historia y el presente de la comunidad judía de Moises Ville.
El domingo 31 de marzo se presentó a sala llena la película “La Jerusalem Argentina”, en el Complejo Cultural Atlas de la ciudad santafesina.
La presentación contó con la participación de sus directores, Iván Cherjovsky y Melina Serber.
El documental retrata a la ciudad de Moises Ville, primer asentamiento de los inmigrantes judíos llegados al país durante los últimos años del siglo XIX. Si bien remite a los origines y la historia de la ciudad, no se centra en el relato histórico, sino que muestra la realidad contemporánea de un pueblo que supo ser una pieza fundamental de la historia de la colectividad judía local.
