Sigue en marcha el segundo programa de desarrollo de dirigentes comunitarios

Promovido por AMIA, el Congreso Judío Latinoamericano y la Embajada de Israel en la Argentina, sigue desarrollándose el “Programa de Desarrollo de Dirigentes de Instituciones de la Comunidad Judía”, que en esta segunda edición cuenta con la participación de 31 asistentes.

Bajo la organización de la Universidad de San Andrés (UDESA), la iniciativa busca brindar herramientas y conocimientos para dirigentes actuales y futuros de instituciones judías, en un marco académico de calidad. También se apunta a potenciar la actitud colaborativa, la visión comunitaria, el espíritu transformador y el enfoque profesional en directivos y potenciales líderes de instituciones judías.

Este año, la capacitación cuenta con la colaboración del American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee que otorgó dos becas completas.

La propuesta contempla ocho encuentros, que tienen lugar los jueves de 18 a 22 horas, en la sede porteña de la UDESA, ubicada en el barrio de Recoleta. El programa está a cargo de profesores de esta entidad educativa que cuentan con amplia experiencia en la formación de líderes. Asimismo participan especialistas invitados que comparten sus saberes y experiencias.
