El Ministerio del Interior de Alemania emitió esta mañana una orden federal para ilegalizar el grupo terrorista Hezbollah en Alemania y también ha tomado medidas de aplicación en virtud de las disposiciones de la orden. Argentina había declarado a Hezbollah como organización terrorista en el mes de julio de 2019.
La orden prohíbe todo contacto con los operativos de la organización terrorista Hezbolá y no distingue entre sus diversas armas: militares, políticas o sociales. De acuerdo con la orden, se prohibiría todo uso de los símbolos de la organización y de los activos de la misma en Alemania, si los hubiera.
En sus razones para tomar medidas contra Hezbollah, la prohibición citaba el hecho de que “Hezbolá es una organización terrorista” que “también ha llevado a cabo numerosos ataques en todo el mundo, matando e hiriendo a cientos de personas”.
También citaba un fallo del Tribunal Administrativo Federal en el que se afirmaba que “Hezbollah debe considerarse una organización que se opone al entendimiento internacional porque cuestiona abiertamente el derecho a la existencia del Estado de Israel y pide su eliminación violenta”.
“Los fallos del Tribunal Administrativo Federal siguen siendo aplicables. … Todavía hay declaraciones y pruebas actuales de que Hezbollah niega el derecho de Israel a existir, no considera que la lucha contra Israel haya terminado y, en caso de guerra con Israel, amenaza con destruir importantes instituciones y partes del Estado o del territorio nacional”, dice la prohibición.
El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Israel, Israel Katz, acogió con beneplácito la decisión y dijo: “Es una decisión muy importante y un paso valioso y significativo en la lucha mundial contra el terrorismo. Me gustaría expresar mi agradecimiento al gobierno alemán por el paso y estoy seguro de que muchos gobiernos de Oriente Medio y las víctimas del terror de Hezbollah comparten este agradecimiento”.
“Hago un llamamiento a otros países europeos y a la Unión Europea para que se unan y adopten esta política obligatoria y llamen a las cosas por su nombre: Hezbollah, con sus armas militares y políticas, es una organización terrorista y debe ser tratada como tal”.
Cientos de manifestantes anti-Israel, entre ellos partidarios de Hezbollah, participan anualmente en la manifestación del Día de Al Quds en Berlín. En una contramanifestación este año, los funcionarios de la comunidad judía y el alto funcionario de seguridad de la ciudad, Andreas Geisel, pidieron al gobierno federal que proscriba a Hezbollah en su totalidad.
