Un grupo de actores y periodistas chilenos, entre los que se encontraba el popular Benjamín Vicuña, grabaron un video contra Israel. Lo hicieron con motivo de la presunta anexión de algunas partes de Cisjordania por parte del gobierno dirigido por Benjamín Netanyahu.

El video se difundió luego de que la ex presidenta de Chile, Michelle Bachelet, expresara que la posible anexión de algunas partes de Cisjordania por parte de Israel es ilegal.

«Se va a llevar a cabo uno de los abusos mas grandes de los últimos tiempos», comienza diciendo Vicuña. » Se dejará sin hogar a miles de palestinos» agregó.

Luego, un grupo de actores y periodistas expresan lo que ellos consideran «falsedades» esgrimidas.

No es la primera vez que personajes públicos de la vida chilena se pronuncian en contra de Israel. En noviembre de 2018, diputados chilenos aprobaron una resolución para boicotear productos israelíes de Cisjordania.

En la resolución, los diputados pidieron revisar los tratados existentes con Israel para que incluyan solo las fronteras anteriores a 1967, así como tomar esto en cuenta para tratados futuros.

El presidente de la Organización Sionista Argentina, Sergio Pikholtz, les respondió en sus redes sociales:»Es sorprendente que en medio de una las mayores crisis humanitarias que se ha producido en el país hermano de Chile, con más de 5.600 muertos y unos 270.000 infectados por el COVID-19, este grupo de artistas encabezados por Benjamín Vicuña hayan armado este video contra Israel». Luego, agregó en su hilo de twitter: «El mismo está plagado de inexactitudes, malversado en su contenido y, además, sobre un hecho que aún no ha sucedido». «Es sabido que vive una enorme colonia palestina en Chile, pero resulta hasta excesivo hacer gala de una gigante ignorancia diciendo cosas irreales e imaginarias», expresó.

Y finalizó diciendo: «Un poco de decoro artistas chilenos. Por sus compatriotas, por el pueblo palestino y por la verdad»
