Esa débil capa de reemplazo del pan horneado fue un desafío a seguir y enfrentar la autodeterminación entre la huída de Egipto y la Tierra de Israel. Sus restos craquelados al partirla son fragmentos de desierto que con los vientos de los tiempos traen voces y almas. De los que en el largo camino lloraron, cantaron y bendijeron la esperanza por venir.

Esta evocación y celebración anual es orgullo y perseverancia ante tanta ignorancia y odio.
