Luego de que los talibanes invadieran Kabul, derrocaran al presidente afgano, volvieran a tomar el poder y el grupo terrorista Hamás celebrara su regreso, el gobierno argentino emitió un polémico comunicado en el que «hace un llamado a todas las partes a que se abra el diálogo para que la población pueda volver a vivir en paz». Además, «llama a todos los actores políticos de Afganistán, en particular a aquellos que ejercen el poder» (los talibanes).

Desde todas partes del mundo surge la condena por la toma del gobierno en Afganistán por parte de los talibanes luego de 20 años. Tras la retirada de las tropas estadounidenses por orden del presidente Joe Biden, el presidente afgano Ashraf Ghani no pudo sostenerse en el poder.

Las misiones diplomáticas de todos los países se escapan en forma urgente del país y la población se sube a las alas de los aviones para poder huir y cae a los pocos segundos de despegar. Así lo muestran las dramáticas imágenes que se ven en las redes sociales.

Mientras tanto, desde la cancillería argentina se emite el siguiente comunicado sin especificar que fue una toma violenta del poder por parte de un movimiento fundamentalista islámico. Autodenominádose «Emirato Islámico de Afganistán», los talibanes ​son una facción política-paramilitar.

Comunicado argentino:

La República Argentina sigue con preocupación el desarrollo de los acontecimientos en Afganistán y hace un llamado a todas las partes a que se abra el diálogo para que la población pueda volver a vivir en paz. Llama a todos los actores políticos de Afganistán, en particular a aquellos que ejercen el poder, a respetar plenamente las obligaciones internacionales de los Derechos Humanos y del Derecho Internacional Humanitario y a restablecer de inmediato la seguridad y el orden civil.

Mientras persisten circunstancias de transición deben promoverse la apertura de los pasos fronterizos de modo a permitir que aquellos que deseen partir de Afganistán puedan hacerlo y se de paso a la necesaria ayuda humanitaria.

Por su parte, Mousa Abu Marzook, un alto funcionario del grupo terrorista Hamás, celebró la toma de la ciudad capital de Kabul a manos de los talibanes.

“Los talibanes salen victoriosos hoy tras ser acusados de atraso y terrorismo. Se volvieron más pragmáticos. Se han enfrentado a EE. UU. y sus agentes negándose a comprometerse. No se dejaron engañar por consignas como democracia y elecciones. Esta es una lección para todos los pueblos oprimidos”, escribió Abu Marzook en un mensaje publicado en Twitter.
