Diego Lagomarsino, acusado por la muerte de Alberto Nisman en 2015, aseguró que el celular que analizará la Justicia fue comprado un año después.
Poco después de que se conociera la decisión de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que autorizó a la Fiscalía a analizar sus teléfonos y equipos electrónicos secuestrados, Diego Lagomarsino, procesado como partícipe necesario en la causa por la muerte de fiscal Alberto Nisman, sostuvo que “era cantado que iba a ocurrir” esto y aseguró que “cuando vayan a buscar algo” en esos aparatos, los peritos “no van a encontrar nada” que pueda incriminarlo.
Apesadumbrado por la decisión del máximo tribunal de rechazar el recurso de queja que presentó su defensa para que solamente el juez del caso, Julián Ercolini, tenga acceso a esa información, el perito informático brindó una entrevista online en un espacio de Twitter (Twitter Spaces) organizado por los usuarios @CheMadorni, @La_Pistarini @Mileinnials @StarkDSC y @evasanztoro, entre otros.
“La verdad, lo que pasó hoy era cantado que iba a ocurrir. Yo no me niego a que vean mi celular. De hecho, yo a ese celular lo entregué en noviembre 2017, dos años y medio después de la muerte de Alberto. Entregué mi celular y su código de acceso. Yo lo que pido es que se cumpla con el el artículo 254 del Código Procesal Penal. El mismo dice que ante un allanamiento, el juez es el que debe decidir qué información se perita y qué no, simplemente eso”, explicó Lagomarsino.
El empleado del fallecido fiscal de la causa AMIA, quien le prestó el arma de donde salió el disparo que terminó con su vida, presentó un recurso ante la Corte Suprema para impedir que el fiscal Eduardo Taiano pudiera analizar sus aparatos electrónicos, como lo había autorizado Ercolini.

“El celular (involucrado en la investigación) se compró en 2016, me lo trajo mi mujer de Chile. O sea, cuando vayan a buscar algo de esa época (2015, cuando hallaron muerto a Nisman), no van a encontrar nada porque es un teléfono nuevo. Lo compré después de que me secuestraran el que tenía antes. Ese era el original, el que yo tenía, con el que chateaba y todo con él”, resaltó.
Por otra parte, el acusado volvió a defenderse. Señaló que “la gendarmería puso que fue un homicidio por una mancha de sangre que estaba arriba de la mesada”, pero consideró que esa no es prueba suficiente para determinar que se trató de un asesinato, por lo que opinó que los gendarmes que firmaron esa acta “van a ir presos y lo saben”.
