¡Insólito! Identificaron a tres agentes de la AFI que seguían por la calle a una empleada de la embajada de Irán en Argentina

Como si fuera una serie de televisión cómica, un policía de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires detuvo para identificar a tres espías de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia, en el barrio de Villa Crespo, en el momento que estaban siguiendo a una empleada de la embajada de Irán en Argentina

El lunes 27 de septiembre pasado un agente de la Policía de la Ciudad estaba parado en la esquina de Juan B. Justo y Warnes, en el barrio porteño de Villa Crespo. Una mujer le gritó desde un auto que hiciera algo porque creía que la estaban persiguiendo. Aseguró que la estaban vigilando. Habían pasado unos minutos de las cinco de la tarde.

La mujer conducía un Renault Sandero. Sus perseguidores un Volkswagen Bora. Cuando el policía paró al segundo auto detectó que allí había tres hombres. Al pedirles identificación dijeron que eran integrantes de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI) la central de espías estatales.

La mujer (que será identificada como M.T), le explicó al agente -y así quedó asentado en el acta policial- trabaja como secretaria en la embajada de Irán en Buenos Aires. En el mismo documento quedaron anotadas las identidades de los agentes de la AFI.

La relación diplomática entre Argentina e Irán se redujo notablemente luego de que en 1994 se acusara al estado islámico por el atentado contra la AMIA. Por aquel entonces se reveló que luego del atentado contra la embajada de Israel en 1992, la Secretaría de Inteligencia del Estado (SIDE) había seguido Mohsen Rabbani, quien fuera agregado cultural de la embajada iraní en Buenos Aires. Rabbani es uno de los acusados de participar en el planeamiento del atentado terrorista del 18 de julio de 1994.

Desde aquel momento las representaciones diplomáticas de ambos países se redujeron a la categoría de encargados de negocios: ninguno de los dos países tiene embajadores. La encargada de negocios argentina en Teherán es Corina Inés Anisko. En tanto Amir Houshang Karimi está a cargo de la embajada iraní en Buenos Aires.

El acta policial por lo sucedido hace dos lunes, se envió a una la fiscalía Penal Contravencional y de Faltas número 8 la Ciudad porque se encuadró el hecho como “hostigamiento”. Pero según pudo confirmar Infobae en fuentes judiciales, la fiscalía de la Ciudad, ante una posible violación de la Ley de Inteligencia, propició el envió del expediente a la justicia federal. El juzgado Penal y Contravencional 31 de la Ciudad dictó la incompetencia. El caso podría encuadrarse en un hecho de espionaje ilegal. El caso le tocó por sorteo al juez federal Luis Rodríguez. Interviene en el expediente el fiscal Gerardo Pollicita.

Los tres agentes identificados por la Policía de la Ciudad  pertenecen al área de Contrainteligencia del organismo que está a cargo de Cristina Caamaño. La interventora de la AFI se enteró de la detención para su identificación de los tres agentes mientras estaba en el exterior. El área de Contrainteligencia de la AFI está a cargo de un agente  que es integrante de la agrupación La Cámpora. Había cumplido funciones similares durante el último tiempo del gobierno de Cristina Kirchner cuando el actual senador nacional Oscar Parrilli estaba al frente de la central de espionaje. Según pudo confirmar Infobae los tres agentes identificado durante el episodio con la empleada de la embajada de Irán en Argentina, son jóvenes sin demasiada experiencia que ingresaron a la AFI luego de diciembre de 2019.
