La Coalición Cívica y sus representantes en la Cámara de Diputados expresaron su pedido para que la DAIA y la Fiscalía recurran el fallo del Tribunal Oral Federal Nº 8 que dictó el sobreseimiento de la ex presidente de la Nación Cristina Fernández de Kirchner; el actual procurador general, Carlos Zannini; el viceministro de Justicia, Juan Martín Mena y el senador Oscar Parrilli. “Este fallo del Tribunal 8 es de una enorme gravedad institucional”, señalaron.

“Manifestamos nuestra preocupación porque luego de transcurridos estos 27 años y mediante un atajo procesal inédito, vuelve a quedar trunco el derecho de los familiares de las víctimas del atentado a la sede de la AMIA. También el de todos los argentinos, a obtener justicia y conocer la verdad. Respecto a lo ocurrido alrededor de un acto terrorista perpetrado en nuestro país que se cobró la vida de 85 personas”, afirmaron los dirigentes de la CC.

La Coalición Cívica recordó que “históricamente, nuestro partido y especialmente nuestra líder política, Elisa Carrió, reclamó por memoria, verdad y justicia respecto del crimen de aquel 18 de julio de 1994. También lo hizo por las irregularidades que se produjeron a lo largo de su investigación. Hoy nos vemos obligados a insistir en aquel reclamo, ya que estamos convencidos de que son días clave en los que se juegan decisiones muy importantes que nos permitirán acercarnos a la verdad sobre lo sucedido o nos alejarán de ella aún más”.

“Acompañamos a los familiares de las víctimas querellantes en sus reclamos y esperamos que, libres de todo condicionamiento y con la independencia que deben demostrar en la representación del interés común que ejercen por sus cargos, tanto la Fiscalía a cargo como la entidad querellante recurran debidamente el fallo dictado por el Tribunal Oral Federal N° 8, para que el mismo pueda ser revisado por la instancia superior, dada la gravedad institucional de lo que se investiga”, insistieron desde la CC.

El comunicado emitido por la Coalición Cívica concluye diciendo: “Creemos se trata de un fallo cuestionable. Resulta inédito en cuanto a la oportunidad y la forma en que se dictó. Impide la realización de un Juicio Oral y público que permita resolver todas las cuestiones jurídicas discutidas, de cara a la sociedad.  Como así también determinar cómo han ocurrido los hechos que dieran origen a la firma del Memorándum de entendimiento firmado por la Argentina. En claro beneficio del país señalado como el responsable del atentado”.
