Llega una nueva edición del Festival de Cocina Israelí

Por iniciativa de la Embajada de Israel y con el apoyo de BA Gastronómica, del 2 al 12 de diciembre se realizará la 4ta edición del Festival de la Cocina Israelí. En el mismo participarán restaurantes de toda la Argentina. Un recorrido que invita a conocer de norte a sur platos típicos de las diferentes regiones que componen el mapa de Israel. Los cocineros que participan de este proyecto reinterpretarán las recetas especialmente diseñadas para la ocasión por el chef israelí Yair Feinberg.

La identidad de la gastronomía israelí se podría definir como la síntesis de los elementos que proveen el Mediterráneo y el Medio Oriente.  Pero también de la fusión de sabores que trajeron consigo las corrientes migratorias que componen el escenario multicultural del país hebreo.

 Los restaurantes convocados le darán diversas formas a esta alquimia de sabores que propone la gastronomía israelí. Sus chefs recibirán una masterclass durante la cual podrán acercarse a las sazones y sabores clásicos de cada región. Durante la misma, se compartirán recetas, secretos y productos autóctonos. Además, cada una de las cocinas recibirá un box con una selección de productos israelíes típicos. Además de los insumos necesarios para emprender este viaje por el mapa gastronómico del país.

Para el festival la embajada y los restaurantes propondrán diferentes actividades ligadas al acervo cultural israelí como música en vivo, proyección de películas, DJ’s, muestras de arte, fotografía, danza, y clases de cocina, entre otras. El objetivo del Festival de la Cocina Israelí es que todos puedan acercarse, vivir y disfrutar de la gastronomía y la cultura que representa Israel.

Con la participación de restaurantes de todo el país, la 4ta edición del festival propone disfrutar una vez más de la maravillosa gastronomía y cultura israelí
