La empresa israelí Hexa se asocia con Microsoft

La plataforma israelí de visualización 3D Hexa ha anunciado que presenta ‘una nueva experiencia de compra’ que utiliza herramientas de Microsoft y Snap Inc.

Hexa está extendiendo su experiencia de comercio en 3D a los compradores en Snapchat a través de su tecnología de RA llamada Lenses.

Allí, los Snapchatters pueden ‘probarse’ y comprar ropa asociada a los LA Lakers y compartirla con sus amigos.

Los Lenses se construyeron utilizando Lens Studio, la herramienta de creación de RA de Snap.

‘Las soluciones actuales de la industria no cumplen con las experiencias y expectativas de los compradores en línea’, dijo Yehiel Atias, CEO de Hexa.

‘Hexa tiene la misión de llevar experiencias comerciales inmersivas y 3D a las marcas y los minoristas de todo el mundo’, agregó Shish Shridhar de Microsoft.

Aunque la compañía está técnicamente en su tercer año, Hexa comenzó en 2015 como una plataforma de vestimenta virtual.

Se centró en la automatización del proceso de creación de contenido 3D tomando conjuntos de datos parciales y convirtiéndolos en modelos 3D.

Hoy en día, Hexa tiene toda una infraestructura que puede soportar los datos necesarios para crear y distribuir modelos 3D, experiencias de 360 grados y RA a escala.
