Un trágico accidente ocurrido el miércoles dentro de las instalaciones del Club de Campo Hacoaj causó una profunda consternación en toda la comunidad.
Según trascendió, el menor identificado como Shalom Duber jugaba cerca de las 15 con su monopatín por una de las calles del barrio cuando fue embestido por una mujer de 54 años que manejaba un Citroen Spacetour y salía marcha atrás desde una de las propiedades.
La víctima fue identificada como Shalom Duber Mizrahi, hijo del rabino Shneor Zalman Mizrahi (35) y de Amalia Abigail Hamra (32).
La investigación del caso está siendo llevada adelante por el fiscal Jorge Sebastián Fitipaldi, a cargo de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción y Juicio (UFI) del distrito Tigre Centro. Según las primeras informaciones, la conductora fue notificada de la formación de la Instrucción Penal Preparatoria (IPP) por homicidio culposo.
La Policía Científica trabajó en el lugar haciendo la planimetría y fotos de la escena del crimen. Está previsto que la autopsia de Shalom Mizrahi se realice este jueves a las 10.
Fuentes judiciales dijeron a LA NACION que el fiscal Fitipaldi no tomó ningún temperamento con respecto a la conductora del Citroen Spacetour ni se fijó fecha para una eventual indagatoria. Se esperará a evaluar el contexto y la dinámica de los hechos para establecer, primero, si hubo un delito tipificable atribuible a la mujer.
El Club Náutico Hacoaj rápidamente tomó la decisión de suspender todas las actividades y poner a disposición todo lo necesario para esclarecer lo que sucedió.
