El abogado de Cristina Kirchner, José Manuel Ubeira, aseguró que la candidata a presidente de la República Argentina, Patricia Bullrich «santifica a la Gestapo».
«Es bueno que la gente sepa que cuando el Reich empezó a funcionar hubo todo un proceso de demolición del estado de derecho que comenzó en 1933, se cristalizó en 1936 y en 1939 comenzó la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Para que todo esto pudiera llegar a producirse hubo pequeños avances dentro del derecho alemán, que era uno de los paradigmas de los juristas», explicó.
«La demolición del estado de derecho no ocurre de un solo golpe, es ladrillo por ladrillo. Lo que ella pretenda ahora con esta reforma al Código Penal es santificar eso con una norma. Eso fue lo que finalmente ocurrió en la Alemania nazi», advirtió.
La declaración de Ubeira mencionando a la Gestapo se da apenas unos días después de la de Martín Krause, el asesor en Educación de Javier Milei, que fue repudiada por la DAIA, el Centro Simon Wiesenthal y el Museo del Holocausto en Buenos Aires, entre otras organizaciones.
En un panel organizado por Argentinos por la Educación y la Universidad Torcuato Di Tella con referentes educativos de distintas fuerzas, Martín Krause consideró que «si la Gestapo hubiera sido argentina, en vez de matar 6 millones de judíos seguramente eran mucho menos porque hubiera habido coimas».

Krause, a quien Javier Milei nombró como su secretario de Educación en un eventual Gobierno, protagonizó la desafortunada frase. Relacionó a la policía secreta del Estado alemán durante el nazismo con el modelo educativo argentino que, en su opinión, es «ineficaz».
«Imagínense si la Gestapo hubiera sido argentina, ¿no hubiera sido mucho mejor? En vez de matar 6 millones de judíos, seguramente eran mucho menos porque hubiera habido coimas, ineficiencias de todo tipo, se hubieran quedado dormidos, pero eran alemanes», subrayó Krause, quien es doctor en Administración de Empresas por la Universidad Católica de La Plata vinculado al think tank liberal estadounidense Cato Institute.
