La parte de la Torá que leemos esta semana, Parashá Tetzavé, es notable porque es la única en todo el libro de Shemot en donde el nombre de Moshé no aparece ni una sola vez.
En su lugar, la Torá se enfoca en la consagración de los Cohanim y en las instrucciones detalladas para su vestimenta sagrada.
Esta ausencia (aparente) de Moshé en la Parashá Tetzavé puede llevarnos a reflexionar acerca del papel que tienen los líderes en nuestras vidas.
Si bien Moshé fue un líder fundamental para el Pueblo de Israel, su ausencia en esta Parashá nos muestra que nadie es indispensable, y que incluso los líderes más grandes tienen momentos en los que deben ceder el centro de atención para permitir que otros tomen el liderazgo.

Además, esta porción de nuestra Torá nos enseña que el lugar que ocupa un líder no siempre es el de ser el protagonista, sino más bien facilitar el éxito de otros y brindarles las herramientas necesarias para que puedan llevar a cabo su trabajo de manera efectiva. En este sentido, la ausencia de Moshé en la Parashá Tetzavé nos invita a reflexionar sobre el papel de la humildad y la capacidad de trabajar en equipo para lograr objetivos en común, así como la de potenciar a quienes comparten la vida cotidiana con nosotros.
Te invitamos a reflexionar acerca de la importancia de ejercer un liderazgo colaborativo y en la humildad en la consecución de objetivos colectivos pensando que no estamos solos para alcanzarlos, y que quienes nos rodean son protagonistas importantes de aquellos logros.
