El periodista estadounidense y propietario del medio InfoWars, Alex Jones, afirmó que Israel está llevando a cabo un “genocidio masivo” en la Franja de Gaza.

Jones incluyó un enlace a otro tweet, publicado por el ingeniero informático y usuario antiisraelí de las redes sociales Furkan Gözükara, que incluía imágenes de un ataque con aviones no tripulados de las FDI que abatió a cuatro hombres en Khan Yunis, en el sur de la Franja de Gaza.
Si bien Al Jazeera afirmó que los hombres vistos en el video “estaban desarmados y no representaban ninguna amenaza”, un portavoz de las FDI dijo que los cuatro estaban en “una zona de combate activa en Khan Yunis que fue objeto de una importante evacuación civil”.

Días después de su comentario, Jones criticó duramente al rabino estadounidense Shmuley Boteach luego del cruce con la influencer Candace Owens.
Durante el festival de Purim del domingo, el rabino Boteach publicó una fotografía de él mismo vistiendo un disfraz, llevando consigo un vaso de plástico rojo con “sangre cristiana”, en alusión a un tweet reciente vinculado por Candace Owens acusando a Boteach de estar “ebrio de sangre cristiana”.
El rabino Boteach hizo referencia a Owens en su propio tweet, diciendo que se disfrazó de “un judío de Candace Owens”.

Según el rabino Boteach, Jones es “el loco más importante de EE.UU., que tuvo la temeridad de decir que la masacre de Sandy Hook fue organizada con padres desconsolados sirviendo como actores”.
