La estrella israelí Gal Gadot, conocida en todo el mundo por su papel de Mujer Maravilla en la saga cinematográfica de los estudios DC y otros grandes éxitos, compartió con sus seguidores de Instagram una feliz noticia: su hija mayor, Alma, celebró su Bat mitzvá.
«Mi bebé está celebrando su bat mitzvá», se lee en el tierno mensaje que la actriz publicó en la red social, donde tiene más de 108 millones de seguidores. «No puedo creer la persona maravillosa en la que te has convertido», agregó.
El bat mitzvá es la versión femenina del bar mitzvá. Se trata de las ceremonias entre religiosas y sociales que los chicos (en general a los trece años) y las chicas (a los doce) cumplen para marcar su entrada a la madurez frente a su comunidad.
Para festejar públicamente este momento, la protagonista de Red Notice (2021) y Heart of Stone (uno de los grandes éxitos de Netflix en el 2023), la actriz, de 39 años y nacida en Petah Tikva, a pocos kilómetros de Tel Aviv, escribió un sentido mensaje para Alma.
«Tu alegría, humor, curiosidad y tu gran corazón son absolutamente magnéticos -afirmó la orgullosa mamá-. Me enseñas mucho sobre la maternidad, la vida y sobre mí misma».
«Gracias por elegirme para ser tu madre, por elegirnos para ser tus padres», continuó también en nombre de su esposo, Jaron Varsano.
Luego, Gal Gadot le prometió a su hija que, en este momento de entrada a la madurez, su bat mitzvá, «no hay montaña demasiado alta para ti, ni océano demasiado ancho y profundo que no puedas conquistar».
Y completó con un «te amo para siempre, ima«, usando la palabra en hebreo para «mamá».
Futuro color «Snow White»
Gadot está pasando un gran momento en Hollywood: en marzo del 2025 se estrenará la nueva versión de Snow White (Blancanieves) de Disney, donde la israelí cubre el papel central de la Reina Malvada, y forma parte del elenco de In the Hand of Dante, junto a nada menos que Al Pacino.
Pero al mismo tiempo, Gadot -que hizo su servicio militar en las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel como instructora de artes marciales- no se olvida de su país, en especial después del ataque del 7 de octubre del 2023, cuando Hamas masacró a 1200 personas en la zona fronteriza con Gaza.
En efecto, Gal a menudo publica sentidos y fuertes mensajes en favor de Israel y participa de acciones de reclamo por el regreso de los rehenes secuestrados por el grupo islamista el 7/10.
Con buen sentido de la oportunidad, la famosa revista estadounidense People publicó a principios de noviembre un artículo sobre las cuatro hijas de la actriz israelí: Alma (que nació en el 2011), Maya (2017), Daniella (2021) y Ori, que vino al mundo en este 2024.

Al repasar la historia y el carácter de cada una de las cuatro hijas de la pareja, la revista comenzó por Alma, cuyo «nacimiento pudo haber tomado a Gadot por sorpresa», pero «fue un día que cambió su vida para siempre».
People recordó una publicación de Gal en Instagram en ocasión del octavo cumpleaños de la niña. Alma, escribió la actriz en aquella ocasión, «trajo mucho amor y luz a nuestro hogar, muchas risas con momentos divertidos y atrevidos, mucha curiosidad, audacia e ingenuidad».
