Racing se consagró Campeón de la Copa Sudamericana, su primer título internacional después de 36 años y sus hinchas lo festejaron en todo el mundo e Israel no fue la excepción. El lugar de encuentro de todos los eventos está en Petaj Tikva, se llama «Muchachos» y sus dueños son dos argentinos que se conocen desde niños cuando estudiaron en el shule de Resistencia, Chaco, en la Argentina.
Silvio Alperin y Saul Strugo reúnen en su restaurante de la calle Hasivim 6 de Petaj Tikva alrededor de 150 a 200 personas cada vez que juega la selección, algún equipo argentino o un partido internacional de la Champions.
Ayer fue el turno de Racing, todo fue celeste y blanco y las canciones frente a la pantalla grande del televisor parecían las mismas que las que se cantaron en algún bar de Avellaneda, Villa del Parque o el mismo cilindro donde la Academia juega de local.
La emoción y los abrazos se compartían entre los hinchas mientras centenares de las mejores empanadas se saboreaban al compás de los goles de Martirena, «Maravilla» Martínez y el otro Martínez, Roger el colombiano, que trajo la tranquilidad final para que el festejo sea completo.
El podio de los hinchas lo encabezaba obviamente Gustavo Costas, el DT hincha de Racing que no para de contagiar pertenencia y emoción.
