Una noticia llena de emoción y esperanza llegó a la comunidad bohemia: Iair Horn, fanático del Club Atlético Atlanta, fue liberado por el grupo terrorista Hamas luego de casi dos años de cautiverio. Sin embargo, su hermano Eitan, también hincha del club, continúa secuestrado. Desde Atlanta celebramos que Iair pueda reunirse con su familia, al tiempo que deseamos con todas nuestras fuerzas que Eitan pueda tener el mismo destino pronto.
Semanas después del secuestro, el Club Atlético Atlanta, bajo la presidencia de Gabriel Greco, hizo llegar a la familia Horn en Israel dos camisetas personalizadas con los nombres de Iair y Eitan. Este gesto de apoyo fue posible gracias a la gestión inicial de Marcelo Fleker, referente de la filial bohemia en Israel. Las camisetas fueron entregadas a Amos, otro hermano de Iair y Eitan, quien también comparte el amor por el club.

- La familia Horn tiene profundas raíces en Atlanta. Junto a sus primos de las familias Chmiel, Perper y Werner, comparten una rica tradición bohemia que abarca varias generaciones. Los Chmiel cuentan con socios vitalicios entre sus integrantes. José Perper, por su parte, fue un destacado socio vitalicio n.º 90 y ocupó diversos cargos en la Comisión Directiva durante los años 50. Incluso participó en la Subcomisión de Construcciones que encabezó León Kolbowski, responsable de las obras del estadio actual. En tanto, Manuel Werner se desempeñó como médico del plantel profesional en los años cincuenta, fortaleciendo aún más el vínculo de esta familia con el club.
