Nacida en Polonia a poco de terminada la Segunda Guerra Mundial, Diana reside en Buenos Aires desde los dos años. Enamoradiza y entusiasta, la autora recibió a los doce años su primer beso en un atardecer de verano. La parábola de la vida en pareja comenzó muy temprano. Cuando su mamá supo de aquel noviecito al que llamaba «simpatía» la abrazó diciendo: «¿Qué apuro tenés? Se sufre mucho en el amor». Egresada de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, Diana trabaja en su consultorio privado desde hace casi cincuenta años, especializada en vínculos de pareja. Además, es columnista de La Nación y miembro del Museo del Holocausto.
