A partir de las 16 horas se transmitirá por www.lagbaomer5780.com de forma libre y gratuita el programa que incluirá presentaciones de artistas internacionales, el Mago Emanuel y otras atracciones para toda la familia.
El momento más emotivo del evento será sin dudas el desfile de obras de arte que niños y jóvenes están enviando estos días a través de esta web representando una mitzvá o acto solidario.
¡Todas las obras participarán de sorteos con importantes premios!
Para participar entrá a www.lagbaomer5780.com y subí la foto de tu obra (jóvenes hasta 18 años). Tenés tiempo hasta el 8 de mayo!
El cierre del evento estará musicalizado invitando a los participantes a salir a sus balcones y ventanas y compartir la alegría de este día con los vecinos.
¿Por qué Lag Baomer?
El Rebe de Lubavitch, Rabi Menajem Mendel Schneerson, alentó a celebrar desfiles de Lag Baomer en las comunidades judías de todo el mundo como una demostración de unidad y orgullo judío.
Lag Baomer cae el día 18 del mes de Iyar en el calendario hebreo. Es el trigésimo tercer día de la cuenta del Omer, día en el que falleció Rabí Shimón Bar Yojai, gran Cabalista y autor del libro Zohar.
Ante su despedida, Rabi Shimón pidió a sus alumnos que este día sea uno de festejos y alegría.
Este día, también, conmemora el cese de la epidemia que culminó con casi la totalidad de los 24.000 alumnos de Rabi Akiva, quedando en vida únicamente cinco alumnos, uno de ellos Rabí Shimón Bar Yojai. Una epidemia que se desató a causa de la falta de compañerismo entre los mismos.
Es por esto que Lag Baomer es celebrado alrededor del mundo bajo el lema de la unidad, el respeto mutuo, y la alegría y orgullo de pertenecer a nuestro pueblo.
